USEIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: AP® EXAM ORDERS

USEIC reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.

Registration

  • All orders are final. No changes are allowed.

  • All orders are subject to availability at the time the orders are received by USEIC.

  • USEIC reserves the right to cease registration for any and all exams at any time without prior notice.

  • Forms that are inaccurately filled cannot and will not be processed.

  • Students are responsible for registering and maintaining an account with College Board.

  • Each student is responsible for entering the JOIN CODES into their online College Board account.  JOIN CODES will be provided by email to the student by USEIC after payment is made for exams. Students who fail to use the JOIN CODES will NOT have exams ordered for them nor will they be eligible for any refund of their fees paid to USEIC.

  • Photo identification will be analyzed at the exam check-in desk. Identification must be current and unexpired. National ID or Passport will be required.

Payment

  • Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Note that most bank transactions take approximately 3 business days.

  • Bank charges including handling commission, cable fees, and currency exchange will be borne by the test taker.  Bank charges are applicable to fees incoming to USEIC and in the case of a refund to any outgoing fees returned to the student.

  • Test taker must ensure that they pay all banking fees.

  • Bank advice slip must contain the test taker’s name and invoice number.  Payments without the student’s name and invoice number will not be processed.

  • All fees and payments are in SINGAPORE DOLLARS (SGD).

  • All students will receive a receipt for payment made to USEIC for AP® tests.

  • Payment for exams does not imply that a visa for travel to Singapore will be granted.

Refunds

  • Should the exams not be administered owing to government order or test authority request, a refund of the fee submitted to the College Board will be returned to the student. Refund request must be completed within 5 working days from the public announcement of the cancellation. All requests must be accurately and fully completed on the appropriate form which is available on the USEIC website (SEE BELOW FOR THE LINK). USEIC may at its own discretion refund a portion of the service fee to the student.

  • The graduated refund policy is as follows:

  1. July 28 - October 31, 2025, 17:00 Singapore Standard Time (SGT) (GMT+8:00):
    SGD 220.00 per exam (Regular Testing Date)
    SGD 240.00 per exam (Late-Testing Date)

  2. November 01, 2025 - December 03, 2025, 17:00 Singapore Standard Time (SGT) (GMT+8:00):
    SGD 170.00 per exam (Regular Testing Date)
    SGD 190.00 per exam (Late-Testing Date)

  3. After December 03, 2025, 17:00 Singapore Standard Time (SGT) (GMT+8:00):
    NO FURTHER REFUNDS

  • ALL BANK FEES WILL BE BORNE BY THE STUDENT.

Bluebook Digital Testing

Bluebook is an application that makes test day easier, quicker, and more secure. Digital AP® Exams can either be fully digital or hybrid digital. Students must bring their own testing device to the test center on exam day.

Approved Testing Devices

You can run Bluebook on a Windows or Mac device, or an iPad. You cannot run Bluebook on your Chromebook or mobile phone.

Your device must:

  • Connect to the WiFi network that USEIC uses for Bluebook testing.

  • Hold a charge for four (4) hours. We recommend that you bring a portable computer power bank charger. Chargers are allowed on your testing surface during exams. You WILL NOT have access to an electrical outlet during testing.

  • Back-up devices are recommended. The test center does not provide any back-up devices.
